• "BDT"
  Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency used for all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on the kkbet Platform.

Player Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the kkbet Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.

• 1. You are at least 21 years of age. kkbet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds, including any winnings, may be forfeited.

• 3. You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You accept full personal responsibility for all wagers placed on your Account. kkbet does not guarantee any winnings or returns on any wager.
• 4. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of kkbet, nor an immediate family member of any such individual. Employees and their immediate families are prohibited from holding Player accounts.

Account Registration Rules

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the kkbet Platform. The following rules apply to account creation and ongoing account management.

• 1. Players must register using their genuine, accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance or pending withdrawals.
• 2. Each Player may hold only one (1) Account at any given time. Duplicate or multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their mobile number and password. kkbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account that occurs due to a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.
• 4. kkbet reserves the right to verify account information at any time and to request supporting documentation (such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill) to confirm the identity or address of any Account holder. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended or closed.
• 5. kkbet may close or suspend an Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Account has been used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kkbet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh.

• 1. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). kkbet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• 2. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kkbet Account holder. kkbet does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

kkbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• 1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Players must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use automated betting scripts, or engage in any form of cheating or collusion with other players. kkbet employs monitoring systems to detect abnormal patterns of play and reserves the right to void any wagers placed in connection with such activity.

Any Account found to have been opened in breach of an active exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

Ownership of Platform Content

All content available on the kkbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of kkbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The kkbet name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and trade dress are the exclusive trademarks or service marks of kkbet. Unauthorised use of any kkbet intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkbet Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any kkbet content without prior written consent from kkbet.

Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, kkbet's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Amendments to These Terms and Account Termination

kkbet reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kkbet will endeavour to notify Players via their registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform immediately.
